iPosterSessions at AGU 2019 – where Science Matters

The annual American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting is the largest international Earth and Space science meeting in the world, with annual attendance of  30,000 scientists, students, educators, and other stakeholders from around the globe.

The 2019 meeting was the culmination of AGUs Centennial year and was our third year of working with AGU. Over 900 iPosters were presented in back-to-back two-hour sessions on all five days. Authors first presented their research in three-minute moderated eLightning talks in one of three large-screen HD theaters. Presenters then dispersed to 60 pre-assigned large-format interactive touch screens for in-depth discussions with attendees. Smaller screens for individual exploration and spontaneous meetings were also available in the eLightning Pavilion.
