Your support and collaboration significantly impact the educational aspect of our institution. Being a vital training site for resident physicians and medical students, we rely on collaborations like yours to uphold the standards of medical education and patient care.

Similar to many associations at that time, we had to quickly pivot to a virtual meeting environment and iPosters was able to meet our expectations and timeline. Since then, we have used iPosters for 4 separate events, including our in-person annual meeting this year. iPosters has been a great resource for SOCS to elevate our programming, providing access to important dermatologic research to members and industry alike around the world. Beyond the interactive tool itself, the collaborative and responsive nature of the amazing team behind iPosters truly creates a valuable relationship. With iPosters, SOCS has been able to continue to advance its mission of increasing awareness and education of skin of color dermatology globally.

Poster presentations are a key part of our annual meeting, and so when pivoting the event to online we were really impressed with the functionality of iPosters, as well as the flexibility. The narrator function is a great way for authors to still present their poster to delegates in an online environment!

We used iPosters for the first time in 2020, for the National Research Conference on Early Childhood, when all of our in-person conferences had to shift to being presented virtually. We’re so glad we did! Our presenters found the poster creation process to be straightforward and fun; our attendees enjoyed perusing the gallery at their leisure in addition to our scheduled poster sessions; and our client loved that we could keep posters available online long after the conference ended. We have been using iPosters for our regional and national symposia for five years. After trying the platform in early 2016, we have not considered conventional posters since. Our students, faculty, and research staff love the flexibility that that platform provides for presenting their posters. The interface is easy to work with and the iPoster technology brings our research to life with pop-out images, video, and audio. In addition, the technology allows participants to access their poster from any screen and edit their posters at any time. Because of this, we can schedule multiple poster sessions with quicker turnover and accommodate more presenters than would be possible with conventional posters. Rick and his staff have been very responsive to feedback and are a pleasure to work with. This technology is the future of interactive scientific presentation.

iPosters have completely elevated our show. They provide a wonderful learning experience for our 6,000 conference attendees and our faculty love the platform to demonstrate their programs and outcomes. It’s a win win for everyone.

I wanted to write and tell you what an excellent, excellent job you did for us at the IFM Annual International Conference in Hollywood, Florida. You were prepared, knowledgeable, outgoing and on point for every question and every instance that presented. You were not only engaged in the technology aspects but with the presenters and IFM staff as well.I so appreciate your willingness to track all of the presenters and get the releases we need for future use of their materials. It made my job much easier. In sum, I’ve never worked with a more competent, professional project manager!

The American Astronomical Society has benefited from using Amuze Interactive’s iPosters at our conferences for a number years. Our members are very technologically savvy and often use high resolution graphics, animated data presentation, simulations and other video material in their research. The iPoster platform allows the display of this content that is simply not possible using traditional posters. Our attendees tell us through surveys that they like the format a lot. We’re experimenting with hybrid iPoster sessions on the exhibit hall floor with an oral talk component as a possible replacement for at least some of our oral presentations as well. The Amuze team have been extremely helpful and cooperative and we hear from our iPoster presenters that they get great service anytime a question or problem arises.
